With the rollout of an almost identical social networking site, Vkontakte.ru demonstrates to the world that it is still ‘okay’ to flatter through imitation. The revelation comes as the Russian site ushers in over 42 million registered users to its newly established social hub, with 14 million unique visitors on average, each month. By any standards, these figures speak for themselves. Let us look briefly under the surface of the Vkontakte pool of completely legitimate social networking.

Perhaps one of the more intriguing aspects of this Facebook flattery is an investment offer in May 09. This might be an incredibly smart investment move in itself. The parties involved were of course, Facebook, and a Russian internet investment group known as Digital Sky Technologies. The offer was 200 million dollars, or a stake of 1.96 percent of Facebook. Sounds simple enough yes?

Before we continue… let us all indulge in some form of dramatic gasp – let’s recognise that this valuation of 200 million firstly puts the Facebook price tag at a staggering 10 billion dollars. Let us secondly realise, that the investment firm which now funds Vkontakte, and their Facebook imitating social networking site, conveniently happen to be the very same firm which has that vested stake worth 200 million dollars in Facebook itself.

Coincidence? Perhaps…

Very simply, it has been observed that Digital Sky Technologies may have avoided litigation through direct investment into Facebook. Through investing in Facebook, they may have ‘purchased’ their way past copyright infringement, enough so, to allow them to even use the same icons as Facebook without repercussion.

Because of such a hefty investment, Digital Sky Technologies may well have bought itself a “copy” of Facebook, which in the long run may prove more successful in Russia, Ukraine, Poland and other Eastern European markets. One thing is clear; Digital Sky Technologies have their eyes set on emulating the success of Facebooks multi-billion dollar fan base. Perhaps one day, Vkontakte may very well be the number one social site in the world… though…

How do you even say it?!?!?!

The nature of a website is simple. To exist as the face of an individual, group, or idea. More to the point, a website exists to be viewed. Whether a corporate, business, organizational, or personal website, it must first be ‘found’ on the internet, then it must be ‘accessed’.

Businesses worldwide spend hundreds of millions of dollars every month, to secure their places in search engine rankings. Whether via adwords, marketing, or promotional activities both on and offline, the simple logic behind this all, is that they want their websites to be viewed by potential customers and clients. It is an open invitation so to speak. The aim of course, is to have those very same visitors realise their need for the mentioned businesses services or products, whilst viewing the website.

Here, is where Click to Call becomes integral. When a website is browsed, by one of these potential customers or clients, they can either:

—————————————————————-
a) Email the website – free to do

b) Abandon the website – free to do

c) Call the website – cost involved
—————————————————————-

Using Click to Call, which is a system that allows website visitors, to initiate free telephone communications from the website, a website visitor, becomes a website participant. They become the final part of the process:

-> Business Creates Website ->

-> Business Advertising Website ->

-> Business Utilizes Click to Call ->

-> Business Reduces Website Abandonment

—————————————————————-
From the customers point of view:
—————————————————————-

-> Customer Seeks Product/Service ->

-> Customer Learns of Business ->

-> Customer Visits Website ->

-> Customer is Called to Action by “Click to Call” incentive

—————————————————————-
The Result of this process:
—————————————————————-

Customer and Business Interact at far more personal levels, than without Click to Call

Website visitors are suffering from internet overexposure, with many saying that the internet has become bland and impersonal. The advent of social media may be a quick fix, but website owners worldwide are realising there is more to the puzzle, than meets the ‘internet’ eye. The findings are backed by an industry shift to new communications tools, illustrated no better than the trials by Google, of its own Click to Call systems. According to WazzaCall.com, a current leader in Click to Call technology, the internet needs to adopt this new system in order to meet the needs of website traffic. Statistics from the past year indicate that there is an increasing trend across the net, with businesses small and large, utlizing Click to Call as an added value tool for their websites.

“Its a matter of convenience,” said Chris Hemming, author of “Calling all Businesses”. “Web visitors no longer want to use email. Its an antiquated way to communicate on a business level. What they want is a quick, effective, and free method of communication, with the websites they are viewing, and Click to Call is one way for them to do so”.

Google keyword searches for Click to Call have grown steadily over the past year, with more than 120 million results for Click to Call, and 18,000 searches being made every single day, and rising.

“The current trend indicates that users are becoming more alert to the benefits of Click to Call, especially in sales conversions online, and in calling visitors to action”, entrepreneur Gary Sparks stated in a recent interview. “Any business with a desire to improve their website conversions and maximize traffic potential needs Click to Call as a backbone for their online presence”.

With Bill Gates calling Click to Call, the way of the future, its no wonder that so many websites are using only the best quality services. As with any market, there are many choices, but only a select few that excel at what they do.

WazzaCall.com is a leading developer of Click to Call solutions. The site offers premium web and telephone integration services, with many added features that serve to improve business contacts over the internet.

Imagine a service with limitless reach. A service that removes the communication barrier between your website visitors and your sales representatives. We understand that internet visitors want to interact with your business. In one way or another, they are seeking information. And what more is a website, other than a tool for your business to promote itself, and its products?

In the IT industry, we refer to losing a website visitor as ‘website abandonment’. Removing that barrier between your customers and business is the first step in establishing any online presence. By allowing free and instant telephone contact, at the point where your customer needs it most, you in fact are increasing your chances at converting a potential sales lead. How does the logic behind this work?

Well, consider this. You’re a customer visiting a businesses website that sells a product you are interested in. You look around, and find that the number is an international call, which means you will need to find the outgoing and ingoing dial codes for both your own country, and the websites. You then make the telephone call. You are placed on hold prior to having a representative answer your call. The product is available, and is yours, but the process was lengthy, expensive, and time consuming.You are left wondering about the cost of that call.

Now imagine, the simplicity of typing your own number in, and pressing connect. Imagine the ease of speaking to that very same business, without a worry about the cost to you, because they are using Click to Call. As a customer, you would value this service above other sites. Why? Because it makes your life easier. It gives you a quick, simple, effective way to follow up on your desire to buy a product.

For the business, it qualifies a sales lead, whilst providing great customer service.

At the click of a mouse button, your customers can communicate with you, using Click to Call. We understand that businesses invest in advertising their websites. Whether by television or radio. Now, imagine the attraction that a new, added free way to communicate has to your customers. Whilst browsing your business online, imagine having a constant presence, an instant way for them to interact with you. A way whereby they need only enter their number, and press connect, to have a telephone call with your representatives.

Its that simple.

Over the years, WazzaCall has developed a solid foundation for its C2C platform. As a click to call provider, we believe in service, quality and support. We’ve been working overtime on continuous improvements lately. These fundamental pillars ensure that we as a business maintain standards at all times. Servicing clients worldwide, from europe to the americas and even central asia, we are driven by the success that 0ur system has brought others, and we take satisfaction in seeing results first hand, that Click to call works. And why shouldn’t it.

Recently, there have been several improvements to the WazzaCall service, which I will touch on briefly in this update.

First, is the Call History feature. We’ve developed a system that now records and monitors all telephone calls coming in to a designated number. Using our administration panel, our clients are able to view a detailed list of information regarding the communications received. This includes such parameters as time, duration, cost, and telephone numbers involved, as well as other relevant parameters. This means that missed calls are a thing of the past for our clients. We’re quite happy with this rollout.

Secondly, are the all the various upgrades to our backend systems that have taken place. We’ve modified and improved our website, we’ve enhanced our customer level protection, introducing call protection, a system which protects our clients from deliberate misuse of Click-To-Call.

We’ve even streamlined the code which we provide our clients with. We’ve introduced scheduling, call protection, sms and contact form options. These all add to the WazzaCall theme, and as a whole, improve the experience.

The WazzaCall Click to Call code is completely developed using our systems, and this allows for an easier installation process than ever before. Simply copy and paste. Stay tuned for further updates, as I will be going into these advancements in a bit more depth, soon.

Excelling in communications is no easy task. The advantages of any streamlined communications system works both ways. The problem is, finding a streamlined system in the first instance. Using the regular telephone system to make calls has always been convenient. However, the advent of toll free numbers, gives potential customers the freedom to call, without cost. This is perhaps the biggest area in which using a Click to Call system, is advantageous. The customer is given the ease, convenience and zero cost of contact; which is always beneficial. For a business, it is a matter of availability, and of feasibility. Whether to adopt or not, is the general question.

The advent of internet communications has given way to great programs, which facilitate the interaction between individuals. They play an integral part in mainstream interaction. These mediums, whilst highly popular, are more often than not, focused only on the social side of the equation. And why not? That majority of internet users are consumers, and not businesses.

Click to Call, up to this point, has been a very social tool too. Yet the business world is where it can provide the most benefit, using its innovative communications technology. And it is happening. Every day, more and more are adopting these communications programs as potential marketing tools. Indeed, its no surprise that Click to Call is becoming more popular. Why shouldn’t it?

The focus of the button call system, is essentially, to add value to this already established process. The ease of communication in the telecommunications field is the foundation of all business. Indeed, for a business to thrive, it needs customer contact. This is where the click to call system makes a difference. For those who have little knowledge on exactly what click to call is, it is essentially a business tool, that allows customers to contact any business using the internet feature, at the click of a button – and for free. Whats more, is that the call uses the telephone network. As opposed to the standard telephone call, click to call has an unlimited range, and following on from that, allows businesses to globally connect

Providing businesses with the technology to allow customers to contact them for free, using any telephone or mobile, anywhere in the world, is not impossible. It is in fact a reality. There are many click to call providers out there, some better than others. They all essentially offer the same features, however, the one point that distinguishes a good provider, from an average provider, is the quality and service that they present to potential clients.

In that sense, its sensible for any consumer to choose carefully, based on the merit of the business, not the glamour.

Every day, we are seeing more and more Click to Call businesses emerge from the shadows. With more competition, there is naturally, a more varied choice for potential clients.

More often then not, we at WazzaCall, are asked the question… What makes our services different from the rest?

Click to Call being after all, an essential business tool that is becoming more popular, as a way to develop business relations with their customers. We pride ourselves on the features we offer our clients, the customisation that we freely provide, and most importantly, the technology we use to ensure that our services remain 100% active, 100% of the time. Whether button call, press to call, or even website call, the systems all adopt the prepaid, allotted approach.

At WazzaCall, we can safely say, that we are the exception to this rule. Our ability to connect customers to businesses, using Click to Call, from anywhere around the world, in an instant, is second to none. Imagine the potential.

What is also true, is that almost all other services allot a certain number of minutes, which are prepaid. We take great satisfaction in distinguishing ourselves from the rest. VOIP is perhaps most commonly known as a way for businsses and customers to interact for free. However, as always, these system require either coded telephones, which can be costly, or software to be already installed.

Acting like a telecommunications company, we do not allot minutes, we do not require any additional software to be installed, and we do not indulge in prepaid schemes. Our systems are built from the ground up, to ensure that the Click to Call technology works, in such a way, that it supercedes toll free numbers in efficiency, utilises website traffic better than live chat options, and provides businesses with a method to create customer relations that exceeds in capability.

We have always approached the concept of excellent customer service, from the viewpoint of the customer. Click to Call is our product, and it MUST excel at its function.

It is not what we want to give them, but rather, what they want to see from us, that drives the wheels behind our system. It seems in this day and age, the simpler things appear to be, the more complicated they in fact are. Much like the apparent ’simplicity’ of plant growth, or the rise and fall of the tide, there is always a complex underlying system of contributing factors. One can only marvel at, and appreciate the natural worlds ability to disguise a process. And perhaps emulate it, as is the case with WazzaCall.

At WazzaCall, we take great pride in the fact that our Click to Call system appears incredibly simple to both our clients, and their customers. In that sense, we have succeeded in applying a natural concept, to our business. Much like the growing plant, our system is highly complex on the inside, with its own variables and design routines. Simply put, telephone calls are simple to receive, but difficult to deliver.

Just the same, it is very simple and incredibly effective in its purpose. This is testament to the amazing efforts of our fantastic team. It is their ingenuity, and their dedication that has brought us to this point in time. Many thanks to them. Our Click to Call button, is truly unique, because of this.

We believe first and foremost in the principle of excellent customer service. Extending our services above and beyond the simple ‘boundaries’ of our business. We believe in customisation – whereby our services are catered to every prospective client. We believe in mutually beneficial relationships  – whereby we benefit, only when our customers benefit, and never more. This is the nature of our Click to Call system.

The system is valuable. Where this value lies, is not in its complexities, or its features. Whilst these are impressive, the value lies in the way it enables quick and concise communication between prospective customers and businesses. The WazzaCall simplicity encourages website visitors to contact businesses, no matter where they are in the world.

What makes our system so beneficial for businesses that trade internationally, or domestically, is the ease and zero cost in which customer can contact them. The WazzaCall system is as simple as they come. Customers simply enter there phone number, and click “Call Me”.
